- Go to http://Webmail.Datacruz.com.
- Login using your email address in the Login field and your password in the Password field.
- Click on the Settings icon on the top right of the page.
- Click on the word Vacation on the left side of the page.
- Check the Enable Auto-Reply box to enable, to disable the auto-reply uncheck this box.
- Here are explanations of the various options:
- Reply only if original message is sent to me - If this box is checked, the auto-reply will only respond to an email if your address was entered in the "TO:" field.
- Reply only once to each sender - Check this box to ensure that no sender receives more than one auto-reply. For example, if someone sends you several messages while you're away, they will receive your auto-reply just once.
- Include original message in auto-reply - Check this box to include the sender's original message with your auto-reply.
- Reply from - If you want the "From:" address to be different from the address you're currently using, enter the information here.
- No reply from : - Enable this option if you do not want your auto-reply sent to specific people that you might receive mail from. Enter their email addresses here.
- No reply to - Enter any email addresses to which auto-reply messages will not be sent. For example, if you belong to any mailing lists, enter the list addresses here to prevent their receiving your auto-replies.
- In the Message box, enter the text of the message that you'd like to appear in your auto-reply. Enter the message in Text format, not HTML.
- Click the Save button at the bottom to save all of your settings.
