Dual Channel Usage Agreement Addendum

In order to accomodate new technologies and the users demand for speed, Datacruz is proud to offer as a feature of our dialup account, the ability to bond Dual Channel dialup channels into one. In our testing phase, we determined that a major portion of our users bandwidth needs are satisfied by a single channel for the majority of the time. Because of this, we decided that it shouldn't be necessary to charge extra for an occassional second channel usage. However, this requires that the customer abide by a few simple rules to allow all of our customers free and clear access to the internet as required. We have the ability to bond channels across all of our dialup equipment, so there is no need to "get the second channel now" because it won't be available at a later time. By using this method, the extra channel is only utilized when it is needed, eliminating wasteful use of resources.

So, in order to enable your account to accommodate Dual Channel Usage, you must complete, print out, and send in this agreement. To expidite your being able to utilize Dual Channel usage, you may hit "submit" at the bottom of the page and it will enable your account for dual channel usage temporarily until the signed agreement is received. The agreement must be received within one week of the submission, or the dual channel usage will be removed until such time that the agreement is received. Please allow 1 working day to enable the Dual Channel usage after submission. Failure to abide by the rules stated herein may result in the permanent removal of Dual Channel authorization for said account. Please work with us so everyone can have fast access to the Internet yet still keep prices down!
