V.90 is now supported by DataCruz. We strongly encourge our users to upgrade to V.90. If you haven't already done so, please upgrade as soon as possible to take advantage of the faster rates. For Standard U.S. Robotics & 3Com Modems
- Modem Upgrade Wizard will walk through the upgrade step-by-step. It aslo requires that you log off of your internet connection, as it has to dial U.S. Robotics upgrade server.
- Manual Upgrades should only be done if the Modem Upgrade Wizard did not work. If you have purchused an out of the box(OEM) modem from C&P Distributing then you should use The Manual method to upgrade your modem.
- Updating the Windows Drivers will enhance the performance of your modem in the Windows operating system.
For Other Modems Manufacturers
- Upgrades for Cardinal modems - if you have a Cardinal-based modem, you can obtain your upgrades through here.
