Quarantine reporting sends an email out to you every so many days with a list of all the emails in your email quarantine. Your email quarantine is where all the messages caught by our spam, virus and attachment filters before it gets removed. This report will show you the sender, subject line, expiration date and the date recieved of every message that is currently in your quarantine. It also contains links to quickly remove or release any message in your quarantine without going to Webmail.

1. Go to http://Webmail.Datacruz.com.
   
   
2. Login using your email address in the Login field and your password in the Password field..
   
   
3. Click on the Settings icon on the top right of the page.
   
   
4. Click on the word Reporting on the left side of the page.
   
   



5. Click the checkbox next to 'Generate reports every so many days' to turn reporting on and off.
   
   
6. Use the dropdown box to change the frequency of reports.
   
   
7. Click the Save button at the bottom to save all of your settings.
