- Open Outlook Express
- Click Tools | Accounts
- Make sure you are on the Mail tab and click the Add button. Select Mail
- Under Display Name enter your name
- Click Next
- Select "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use." and enter your username@datacruz.com
- Click Next
- Enter pop.datacruz.com in to Incomming Mail.
- Enter smtp.datacruz.com in to Outgoing Mail.
- Click Next. If it says these servers you entered are invalid, Click OK and continue
- Under Account Name, enter your username
- Under Password, enter your password
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Close
- You are all set for your email.
