If you wish to change your Internet Mail settings, press the "Start" button, select Settings..., then Control Panel.
Double-click the Mail and Fax icon.
The MS Outlook Settings Properties dialog box will appear.
Select Internet Mail from the list of services and press the Properties button. |

You should see the Internet Mail properties dialog and four areas in this dialog box in which you can add or change settings.
Fill in the Personal Information section with your name and your full e-mail address (i.e. username@datacruz.com).
Fill in the Mailbox Information with Datacruz Internet mail server address, pop.datacruz.com, then put in your username and password in the blanks provided. |

Choose the Advanced Options button, and enter smtp.datacruz.com, Datacruz outgoing mail (STMP) server in the field provided. |
