- Open Outlook Express
- From the Tools menu, select Accounts
- Click Add --> Mail
- Enter your real name next to Display Name; click Next
- Select "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use." and enter your username@datacruz.com; click Next
- Incoming mail is a POP3 server; enter the following:
- Incoming Mail (POP3): pop.datacruz.com
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.datacruz.com
- Click Next. If it says these servers you entered are invalid, Click OK and continue
- Account name: username (everything before the @datacruz.com part of your e-mail address)
- Password: [If you'd like to save your password so it will be entered automatically for you, click "Remember Password", and enter your password here]
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Close
- You are all set for your email.
