  1. Open My Computer
  2. Open Control Panel
  3. Open Network and Dial-up Connections
  4. Double Click on Make New Connection
  5. When the Network Connection Wizard appears click Next
  6. Select Dial-up to the Internet, then click Next

    Select Dial-up to the Internet

  7. Choose to set up maually and click Next

    Select I want to set up my Internet connection manually
