From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.

Click the Network icon.

Click the arrow box on the Show pop-up list and choose Modem Port.

Click on the PPP tab.

In the Account Name field, type Your full DataCruz email address (e.g., jondoe@datacruz.com).

In the Password field, type your DataCruz password.

In the Telephone Number field, type a local DataCruz access number.
Note: Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.

Check the box next to Save passwordif you wish to have your password saved.

Click the PPP Options button.

Check the box next to Connect automatically when needed.

Click the OK button.

Click the Apply Now button.

Close the Network window.
