WINTER WALK 2005 A SUCCESS!

 Winter Walk 2005

On February 13, 2005 over 275 walkers braved the rainy weather to support St. Margaret's House and walk in the 6^th annual Winter Walk.  Volunteers handled the registration process and donations that have totaled over $43,000.00 so far.  Support from Saint Mary’s College came in the form of the tennis and softball teams as well as individual walkers.  Notre Dame Graduate Student Union also participated bringing in over $350.00.  Mayor Luecke and his wife Peg walked with members of the St. Margaret's House community and local supporters.  Thank you to all who walked and supported St. Margaret's House in all ways.
